Short Session: Meditation & Yoga

Our primary focus for this half hour is to sit in meditation for at least 15 minutes. A practice of yoga postures will bookend the meditation, in an effort to care for our bodies and experience the contrast between movement and stillness. We provide a welcoming environment for those new to meditation and yoga, and guidance will be given. There will also be space for some self-guided practice, so this 30-minute session will be beneficial for the experienced yogi, or anyone who wants to be part of a sangha and have more support/structure in their practice.
