Sometimes you need less of a workout and more of a wind-down. These classes include some activity but encourages gentle movements and restorative practices. If you are new to yoga, this is the class to start with.

Appropriate for intermediate-experienced students as well as beginners in relatively good health. Modifications are always available, and invitations to deeper versions of poses are offered to more advanced students.

Drop-in: $18
In these 45-minute sessions, we practice both yoga and meditation, and beginners to both are encouraged to attend. For any yogi, this would be a great way to start their day with good energy, clarity, and calm. For beginners, these sessions will help you build the skills that make up a strong personal meditation and movement practice.
Slow Sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 AM. Enjoy the convenience of joining us on Zoom, or attend in person. Either way, feel the support and structure of community practice.
When you can't attend live, the next best thing is to have a recording to guide you, and all of these classes will be recorded for anyone who is signed up to have access.
You are welcome to use your membership to attend Slow Sessions OR pay the drop-in rate. (It is also fine to use your 5- or 10-class package, but in that case you would be paying $8 more than the drop-in fee).
